1. What information do we collect?     

When you order via this website or over the telephone we ask for your name, address, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, expiry date and security code. Without this information we would be unable to process your order or notify you of our acceptance of your order. For customers ordering in our showroom we will also collect your name, address, telephone number and email address.

Customers can also register their email address when signing up to our company newsletter through this site.

2. How do we use your personal information?     

Bryella may use information that you provide or that is obtained by us in several ways:

  • To administer our website services
  • For assessment and analysis (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and to enable us to provide you and other customers with relevant information through our marketing programme. We may keep you informed of such products and services (including special offers, discounts, offers, competitions and so on by phone, post or email
  • To administer any prize draws or competitions you may enter.

We keep a record of your orders with us, so that we can deal with any issues with your order and so that we know what interests you and can tailor future offers to suit you. We also keep a record of any emails you send us so that we can provide you with an excellent standard of customer care should you need to contact us at any time.
