When you order via this website or over the telephone we ask for your name, address, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, expiry date and security code. Without this information we would be unable to process your order or notify you of our acceptance of your order. Customers can also register their email address when signing up to our company newsletter through this site.
Bryella may use information that you provide or that is obtained by us in several ways:
We keep a record of your orders with us, so that we can deal with any issues with your order and so that we know what interests you and can tailor future offers to suit you. We also keep a record of any emails you send us so that we can provide you with an excellent standard of customer care should you need to contact us at any time.
In order to protect our customers and us from fraud and theft, we may pass on information that we obtain if we need to make identity checks and other information in our customer records, including how you conduct your account, to other Group companies, other retailers and to financial and other organisations (including law enforcement agencies) involved in fraud prevention and detection, to use in the same way.
Cookies may be used by us to provide you with customised information from our website. A cookie is an element of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system.
