Order Process

For non made to measure items please call our sales line on 01226 767124 or email us on sales@bryella.co.uk quoting the item code and quantity. We will contact you to check through your enquiry. To order you will be asked to supply your name, delivery address, contact details and payment method.

 

For made to measure products you will be required to supply any sizes and fabric details in writing. Once we have checked through your order we will supply you with a written order confirmation by either e mail or royal mail. Upon receipt of this we ask that you kindly check that all details, sizes and fabric details are correct before placing the order. To place an order on any made to measure products you will be asked to supply your name, delivery address, contact details, and payment method.

 

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

 

 

Payment

 

We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards or alternatively you can send us a cheque.

 

 

Credit cards are subject to 1.5% charge. Card payments will be processed upon confirmation of order. An order confirmation will be sent to you be e mail or by royal mail. Cheques will be processed upon receipt. Orders will not be released/processed until cheques have cleared. Please be aware that if you are paying by cheque you must allow 4 working days before your order is processed.

 

 

Delivery

 

For non made to measure products delivery to mainland UK usually takes 3 to 5 working days unless stated otherwise. All delivery charges will be supplied with your quote. Next day delivery is avaialble at an additional cost.

 

For made to measure products please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. All sizes, measurements and designs must be confirmed in writing before we proceed with your order.  We will contact you to arrange a convenient day and place for your delivery.

 

Parcels normally require a signature so if it helps we can deliver to a work address or a neighbour. Our friendly and helpful staff will help you work to a realistic delivery schedule. We will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives on the stated day but occasionally a fabric / item may be out of stock, in this case we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date.

 

 

Measuring

 

Bryella will be happy to give instructions on how to measure accurately for made to measure items and for estimating fabric. Check out our measuring guide for more information. For the purposes of estimating Bryella can work to approximate sizes however, Bryella recommends that all curtain tracks and poles be fitted before final measurements are submitted. Measurements must be supplied in writing. Bryella cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by customers when measuring.

 

Bryella offers a free design and measuring service to all customers in a 30-mile radius of our showroom in Millhouse Green, Sheffield. Please contact us to discuss measuring services furher a field.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

If any of your goods received are unsuitable, faulty or damaged, please call Bryella Interiors on 01226 767124.  Notice of unsuitable items, shortage or damage must be received by ourselves within 48 hours of delivery. Bryella Interiors cannot be held responsible for any fabric/wallpaper or other items once they have been cut into and no refunds will be given.

 

You will need to check that the fabric/wallpaper is the correct width and if you already have a sample please check the fabric/wallpaper is the correct colour. You will need to check that the fabric/wallpaper code and quantity match your order confirmation. Bryella cannot be held responsible for any miss measures. For wallpaper, Bryella Interiors will only accept a minimum of 5 returned rolls. Returned items may be subject to a handling charge.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund made to measure items unless they are deemed faulty. Any faults or damage must be reported to Bryella Interiors with 48 hours of receipt of goods on 01226 767124. Unsuitable items should be returned to us within 14 working days. We will arrange for collection of larger items but for smaller goods please use Royal Mail. Bryella cannot be held responsible for any mis measures or wrong choice of fabric.

 

 

Fitting & Installation

 

Bryella recommends that you use a professional to hang or dress your curtains and blinds. Bryella operates a fitting service within a 30 mile radius. For more information see our fitting & installation section.

 

 

Care of Products

 

Please bear in mind that all fabrics will eventually fade. To reduce natural fading we recommend the use of a good quality lining. Fabrics should be kept out of natural sunlight. Certain fabrics like silk are more prone to fading than others. All our fabrics are rigorously checked for defects. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct cleaning method is used. Bryella cannot be held responsible for any damage or shrinkage caused by cleaning. Bryella will advise you of the correct cleaning method for all our products.

Every enquiry and order is important to us - we will always do our best to respond to your queries in a timely manner and work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Estimates

 

All estimates are valid for 2 months from date of issue. Prices quotes are based on current supplier price lists. Where necessary Bryella will be more than happy to assist you when estimating fabric requirements.
