All estimates are valid for 2 months from date of issue. Prices quotes are based on current supplier price lists. Any additional requests to original estimate must be paid for upfront. Where necessary Bryella will be more than happy to assist you when estimating fabric requirements. VAT is included at 20%
To order please call our sales line on 01226 767124. Our friendly helpful staff will guide you through the made to measure order process. You will be required to supply any sizes and fabric details in writing. Once we have checked through your order we will supply you with a written order confirmation by either e mail or royal mail. Upon receipt of this we ask that you kindly check that all details, sizes and fabric details are correct. To place an order on any made to measure products you will be asked to supply your name, delivery address, contact details, and payment method.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your order, the remaining balance must be paid before the goods are dispatched. We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards or alternatively you can send us a cheque. Please note: a 2% charge applies to all credit card transactions. Card payments will be processed upon confirmation of your order. In some cases Bryella Interiors may send you a sample of the fabric which we will ask you to check before the order is processed. Cheques will be processed upon receipt. Please be aware that if you are paying by cheque you must allow 4 working days before your order is processed.
Bryella will be happy to give instructions on how to measure accurately. For the purposes of estimating Bryella can work to approximate sizes however, Bryella recommends that all curtain tracks and poles be fitted before final measurements are submitted. Measurements must be supplied in writing. Bryella cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by customers when measuring.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of our made to measure products. This is from receipt of all sound fabric and material in the Bryella workroom. All sizes, measurements and designs must be confirmed in writing before we proceed with your order. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day and place for your delivery. Parcels normally require a signature so if it helps we can deliver to a work address or a neighbour. Our friendly and helpful staff will always help you work to a realistic delivery schedule. All postage and packaging costs are as quoted.
Please check all goods for damage upon receipt, Bryella cannot be held responsible for goods that have been
damaged in transit once the goods have been signed for. Please check all items before signing for them, If a friend or neighbor is signing for the goods we would advise that you ask them to check all the goods for damage before signing for the delivery. For Upon receipt of your goods, please check all sizes, measurements and fabric details are correct. For made to measure orders, please check for any faults in size or fabric. Bryella Interiors rigorously checks all sizes and fabrics for defects or faults before and after they are made up.
Unfortunately Bryella cannot accept returns on any made to measure product. If for any reason there are faults with our products or any damage has been caused during installation these must be reported to Bryella with 48 hours. We regret that we cannot except returns on made to measure items unless they are deemed faulty. Although we will advise you where necessary, Bryella cannot be held responsible for any choice of fabric, materials or design. For non made to measure items, fabrics and wallpapers we are happy to exchange or provide a refund (less carriage costs and handling charge). For fabric orders notice of shortage or damage must be received by ourselves within 48 hours of delivery. For wallpaper, Bryella Interiors will only accept a minimum of 5 returned rolls. Bryella cannot be held responsible for goods that have been damaged in transit once the goods have been signed for. Please check all items before signing for them,.
Bryella recommends that you use a professional to hang or dress your curtains, however, Bryella cannot be held responsible for any contractors or any damage caused by them when fitting our product. Please bear in mind that all fabrics will eventually fade. To reduce natural fading we recommend the use of a good quality lining. Fabrics should be kept out of natural sunlight. Certain fabrics like silk are more prone to fading than others. All our fabrics are rigorously checked for defects. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct cleaning method is used.
Bryella Interiors cannot be held responsible for any fabric/wallpaper or other items once they have been cut into and no refunds will be given. If any of your goods received are unsuitable, faulty or damaged, please call Bryella Interiors on 01226 767124. Notice of unsuitable items, shortage or damage must be received by ourselves within 48 hours of delivery. For wallpaper, Bryella Interiors will only accept a minimum of 5 returned rolls. Returned items may be subject to a handling charge.
